I started at Mexico’s Customs/Tax Administration (ANAM/SAT), where I led the launch of AEO (NEEC) and headed strategic customs offices (Pantaco and Colombia). That phase gave me frontline operational and regulatory perspective.

At the World Customs Organization (WCO) I expanded to an international scope, supporting countries across the Americas and the Caribbean in modernization, risk and AEO, driving cooperation and shared standards.

In the private sector, at Ernst & Young (EY) I led projects for Oil & Gas, IMMEX, AEO and bonded facilities. Later, as Managing Director at Grupo AQ, I consolidated an executive approach based on OKRs and governance. Today, with HXLA, I turn regulation into practical, measurable solutions to compete with certainty and efficiency.
